On A Day Like Today (Bryan Adams)
Free is all you gotta be
Dream dreams no one else can see
Sometimes you wanna run away
But you never know what might be comin’ round your way
Yeah yeah yeah

‘Coz on a day like today, the whole world could change
The sun’s gonna shine, shine through the rain
On a day like today
You never wanna see the sun go down
You never wanna see the sun go down

Somewhere there’s a place for you
I know that you believe it too
Sometimes if you wanna get away
All you gotta know is what we got is here to stay
All the way

On a day like today, the whole world could change
The sun’s gonna shine, shine through the rain
On a day like today, no one complains
Free to be pure, free to be sane
On a day like today
You never wanna see the sun go down
You never wanna see the sun go down

Yeah free is all we gotta be
Dream dreams no one else can see
But you never know what might be comin’ for you and me
Ya, it’s gonna be

On a day like today, the whole world could change
Yeah the sun’s gonna shine, shine throughthe rain
On a day like today, no one complains
Oh free to be pure, free to be sane
On a day like today
You never wanna see the sun go down
You never wanna see the sun go down

  7. Great shot for the weekly challenge. I love the way the bird and shadow stand out against the white.

    • Thanks….it was indeed quite a shot. One thing I did learn about crows is that they fan out thier wings fully only when taking flight or when landing. This one is a take-off shot.

  8. Wow! This is an awesome shot!!!

  9. Absolutely stunning! Great capture!

  10. Wow!!! That’s a really stunning photo & I love the way the wing feathers are spread out like long reaching fingers. Perfect timing on getting that shot. Well done.

    • Thanks Tony, this was a take off shot, that’s why you will notice his fanned out tail which is ducked in. I have observed crows over 100s of miss-timed shots to know thow they fly….quite a fascinating ctreature really…thanks for your kind words

  11. […] has some lovely and complimenting hues. Would’ve been better to get a shot when it’s in flight, you’d love the brown, black and white hued wings But for now, this is all I have. Hope you […]
